Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate stock counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Complete shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Blvd location
