Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and scan packages and freight for distribution in the Washington DC and Pennsylvania regions.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently during night operations.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for outgoing trucks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and nights (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (inventory management systems).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is a must for commuting to our DC/PA facilities.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
