Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare them for shipment using our state-of-the-art warehouse systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and verifying incoming shipments.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before they leave the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with fellow team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Good hand-eye coordination is essential.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
