Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization meets company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure the warehouse environment adheres to strict cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in cycle counting and stock adjustments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
