Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and process incoming/outgoing shipments with high accuracy.
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of operations and status updates.
- Conduct quality control checks on all products before dispatch to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
