Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend procedures.
- Generate and review daily operational reports and metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and software.
