Responsibilities
- Manage store operations during opening and closing weekend shifts to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and accurate.
- Handle cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate end-of-day sales reports.
- Assist in inventory counts and loss prevention efforts specific to weekend traffic.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store premises.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work specific weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
