Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily operational procedures, including data entry and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of customer orders and shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in resolving escalated customer inquiries and operational issues with a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to prepare logistics reports and performance metrics.
- Perform routine quality control checks to prevent errors and ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
