Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using dollies and pallet jacks.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) as required by safety protocols.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago facility.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
