Your Role
You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing excellent service to our clients. We value reliability and a positive attitude above all else.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics tasks including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory with precision and speed.
- Perform regular cycle counts and spot checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service when interacting with visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
