As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. We pride ourselves on a safe, inclusive, and fast-paced environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
