Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and logistics workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently during peak hours.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock organization, and warehouse safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Process shipments, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to safety standards.
- Assist in training new team members on weekend procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Miami location.
