Responsibilities
- Efficient Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records for weekend cycles.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
- Packing & Labeling: Assist in the packing and labeling of customer orders for timely dispatch and accurate delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shifts).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Legal Requirements: Valid driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hires.
