Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 warehouse associates during weekend shifts
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for weekend efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Prepare weekend performance reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with weekend shift exposure
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of California labor regulations
