Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks with a focus on safety and speed.
- Verify and check incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in the packing and preparation of customer orders.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
