Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and logistics during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure continuity of operations.
- Monitor and report on daily performance metrics and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas location.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during peak weekend hours.
