- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Operations Management: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance, organize products, and ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and support store operations.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees and shoppers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or operations is preferred but not required.
