- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before they leave the facility to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with no conflicts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot discrepancies and maintain high accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and overtime during peak seasons.
