Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and maintain high accuracy in data entry and physical sorting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
