As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly during peak times. We pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation and a culture that values reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage inventory stock levels with high attention to detail.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
