Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during Saturday and Sunday shifts to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Load, unload, and organize freight using forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain precise stock levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Train new team members on proper equipment usage and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the inventory manager promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (preferred for weekend roles).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS).
