Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
