Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 3-5 weekend associates with performance tracking and coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Process high-volume shipments using WMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain communication with day-shift managers
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supply chain experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
