Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory during weekend shifts.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and maintain precise digital records using handheld scanning devices.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of freight and equipment.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
