Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations with precision, speed, and a focus on accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, verify incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain detailed digital records.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth transition of workflows between shifts.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and mandatory holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with valid ID.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
