Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend shift operations, including 15+ team members across warehouse and logistics functions
- Optimize workflow efficiency while maintaining OSHA safety standards and quality control protocols
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide actionable coaching to team members
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless operational handovers and process improvements
- Manage inventory control systems and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance weekend productivity metrics
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend client escalations and issue resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments
- Proven track record of managing weekend or overnight shift operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with experience in cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing operational demands
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
