Responsibilities
- Assist in the receiving, processing, and stocking of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience necessary.
- Ability to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston facility.
