Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend service operations across 3-5 Memphis community sites
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend programs
- Lead volunteer teams during Saturday community outreach events
- Resolve operational challenges with real-time problem-solving
- Document weekend activities and prepare weekly performance reports
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols during weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years experience in operations, logistics, or customer service
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally for event setup
