Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and staff activities during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, quality control, and stock replenishment processes.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues immediately.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare weekly shift reports and operational logs.
- Train new hires on weekend-specific workflows and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team during off-peak hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
