Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Perform inventory audits and stock replenishment to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks to meet delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday on a recurring basis.
