Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse activities, inventory management, and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 10+ associates to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Train new staff on equipment usage and standard operating procedures.
- Manage shift schedules and address any operational issues that arise during the weekend.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Full Time).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
