Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and manage stock organization in the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and responsible manner.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work full-time hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory purposes.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
