Responsibilities
- Lead all weekend operations for 500+ capacity venue including staffing, inventory, and service quality
- Develop and execute weekend-specific promotions driving 20%+ revenue growth
- Train and mentor 15+ weekend staff on hospitality excellence and emergency protocols
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Resolve escalated guest issues with 95% satisfaction rate
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality/retail management with weekend shift leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue during high-volume periods
- Advanced knowledge of NYC hospitality regulations and compliance
- Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments with minimal supervision
- Valid NYC Food Protection Manager certification required
- Spanish language proficiency highly preferred
