Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates to maintain high performance standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment processes effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Resolve operational issues and customer service inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare and review weekly operational reports and performance metrics.
- Conduct training sessions for new staff members to ensure smooth onboarding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading a team effectively and achieving KPIs.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
