Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards across all weekend activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ weekend associates through performance reviews and development plans
- Optimize weekend logistics workflows using our proprietary WMS system
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational handovers
- Resolve operational escalations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate weekend performance reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics/warehouse management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership skills managing teams of 10+ employees
- Expertise in inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities for operational challenges
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean record
