Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise weekend warehouse operations to meet daily targets
- Manage team of 10-15 associates, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management and logistics processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to leadership
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
