Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations including inventory control and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional professionalism
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for continuous improvement
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Support weekend event logistics and special project implementations
- Train and mentor new weekend team members as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of operations or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
