Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse and logistics operations from Saturday morning through Sunday evening.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 5-10 warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards during peak weekend hours.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Handle customer and vendor inquiries professionally and resolve operational issues on the spot.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or operations leadership.
- Ability to work a consistent Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday) with availability for occasional overtime.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Forklift certification and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is preferred.
