Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations during weekend shifts to meet daily targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and order fulfillment accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5-10 warehouse associates.
- Generate and review daily reports to track productivity and performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
