Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the store's daily workflow, ensuring all departments run smoothly from Friday through Sunday.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise weekend staff, conducting shift briefings and performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, oversee receiving processes, and ensure accurate merchandise displays and inventory counts.
- Customer Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customers and resolve complex issues to ensure a 5-star shopping experience.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards to maintain a secure and productive environment.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in tracking weekend sales targets and labor costs to ensure profitability goals are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, operations, or customer service supervision.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent verbal communication, and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
