Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations during Friday through Sunday shifts to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
- Monitor real-time inventory levels and coordinate with the central logistics team for timely replenishment.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and address customer service inquiries with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, compliance regulations, and quality control standards.
- Conduct daily briefings with the weekend team to align on goals and address performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly operational reports and performance summaries.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment during non-standard working hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar logistics role.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a consistent, recurring schedule.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
