Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations and distribution activities
- Lead and motivate weekend shift teams of 10-15 associates
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Generate weekend performance reports for management review
- Train weekend staff on new processes and technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations/supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage weekend/holiday shifts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
