Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflow efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in real-time.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to drive team engagement.
- Generate accurate end-of-shift reports and identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or retail management.
- Must have the flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
