Responsibilities
- Supervise all warehouse activities during weekend shifts to ensure maximum productivity and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of associates, fostering a positive and safety-conscious culture.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Process shipping and receiving documents, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and safety huddles with the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a shift-based environment is required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, on a regular schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and RF scanners.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
