Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all daily operations and staff activities during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate logistics, and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of weekend staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior management immediately.
- Prepare and review daily reports, including shift summaries and performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all employees and clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
