Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring smooth workflow and team coordination
- Train and mentor part-time staff on company protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges with professionalism
- Conduct opening/closing duties including cash handling and inventory management
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervisory or team leadership roles
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license (for multi-site roles in OH/PA)
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts with physical activity requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs
