Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse and logistics operations during assigned weekend shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of 5-10 associates to ensure maximum productivity.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure stock rotation is performed correctly.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to prepare for upcoming shifts.
- Prepare and review end-of-shift reports and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or retail management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
