Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate weekend staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operational transitions
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage equipment usage and maintenance schedules
- Train weekend staff on new procedures and technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse technology
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
