Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics processes during weekend shifts.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation to prevent shrinkage.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Supervise a small team of associates to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding operational issues.
Qualifications
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (rotating shifts).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with warehouse management systems.
