Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend inventory management and logistics coordination across multiple distribution centers
- Monitor real-time supply chain data and troubleshoot operational issues
- Lead cross-departmental communication between warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
- Generate performance reports and optimize weekend operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Train and mentor weekend staff on new technologies and procedures
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover of critical processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Strong proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) with occasional holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
